How to order:
Simply click on any of the menu items at the left of your screen . If you are using Internet Explorer, the menu will expand, allowing you to choose the brand name of the item you are looking for. Click on any brand name to view items available from that manufacturer.
	When you find a yarn or other item that you interested in, you may click on the picture to view a larger picture of that item. From either the main page or the large picture page, you can select the colour you are interested in from the drop down box. To the right of the colour number and name, the quantity of yarn available in the store is listed. This will assist you in determining whether we have enough yarn to allow you to finish your project. Select the colour you are interested in. Just below, you will find a box with the number 1 in it. Here you can type in the amount you wish to purchase. After typing in the amount, click on the “Add to Basket” button. The page will reload, and you will notice that the “What’s in my Basket” button at the top of the page now shows yarn in it! (see pictures at left).You may go on selecting as many items as you wish, and adding them to your basket. If you wish to see what you have purchased, click on the “What’s in my basket?” button. You will be routed to a page that shows your purchases, and allows you to take items out of your basket, or empty it altogether. The total amount owing also shows.


When you are ready to finalize your purchases, click on the “What’s in my basket?” button, and click on “Checkout” at the bottom of the screen. You will be taken to a screen which asks for your name, address, and billing information. Fill in the blanks, making sure to not use any special characters, like accents and click Submit. If you have shopped in our online store before, click on the ‘returning customer’ button, fill in you login information, and click on ‘login’. You will then be taken to a page to confirm your shipping destination, where you can change your shipping address, again no spcial characters please. If no changes are needed, just click on the ‘submit’ button. You ‘may’ then be taken to a page that looks blank, with just a dropdown box in the top left corner that says ‘shipping’. Just click on the submit button there, since there is only one option for shipping, the postoffice. You are now at the page to fill in you CC information. You may also enter any special instructions here, for example if you have entered something other than what you are actually ordering, you can put the correct information here. When filling in these balnks, again, please no special characters, and also do not use any other characters than numbers in the CC number box, no spaces, dashes etc. After you have filled in this page, and clicked on submit, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. If you do not receive the email, something went wrong, and you can email us to see if we did get the order.If for any reason you get any errors on these pages, please first restart your browser, clean out the browser cache, and restart it again, then try to enter the order again. Restarting your computer might help too. If all else fails, please contact us. Rarely do we have glitches, but they do happen.
